JBE Corporate Ethic & Governance

Purpose

This Code of Conduct is established as a standard for executives and all employees (staff, commission staff, contract staff) to perform their duty as ‘responsibility on stakeholders’. This code of conduct will be set as company’s policy in order to expand the business transaction. JBE shall not require our directors and employees including part time staff and outsource staff to act in violation of the Code of Conduct. Additionally, we shall not disadvantage any director or employee as a result of their refusal to act in violation of the Code of Conduct.

This Code of Conduct contains the principles to achieve the objective as a company’s policy on related responsibility as following ;

Responsibility to Clients/ Suppliers

To respond for all customer’s demand on various type of material in the period of time that keeps changing. We will not stop being competitive and moving forward to face all changes. And we always strive to increase client’s satisfaction and act in good faith and maintain fair and equitable business relations and therefore, has established the following guidelines:

Responsibility to Employee

Every employee shall be evaluated on fair standards and provided challenging environment to raise employee’s potential. We accept the diversity of fellow colleagues we provide a workplace where all employees can work together as a team and therefore, has established the following guidelines:

  • Code of Conduct for keeping positive workplace environment
    • Fair treatment of employee and respect diversity and human rights
    • Power harassment and Sexual harassment are prohibited.
    • Happy and safe workplace
    • Hotline channel is secured and protect employee for any report
    • Supervisor and subordinate are both respected and act as good role model.

Responsibility to Society

We always aware of environment as employee who shall responsible for the society by distributing an eco-friendly product in order to conserve environment and reducing a negative impact on environment throughout product lifecycle. We enthusiastically on society contribution and always support diversity toward our business activities and therefore, has established the following guidelines:
